What is ParkPalz / Hoozir & who is it for?
ParkPalz is a playful way for theme‑park lovers to meet, match, and chat around the parks they love visiting. Hoozir is the platform that powers ParkPalz—login, messaging, moderation, and performance. ParkPalz is the brand of Hoozir built for park enthusiasts of all kinds: solo riders, friend groups, families, locals, and travelers planning a day of rides and shows.
How does matching work based on favorite parks?
You check into each park separately based on a link, QR‑code, or VenueID. Mutual matches are then allowed to chat with each other.
Is ParkPalz affiliated with any theme parks?
No, it is independently run and simply serves to connect fans of the most popular venues. If any representative wants to discuss an official working relationship, please contact partnerships@hoozir.com.

Is ParkPalz free? How does pricing work?
We keep ParkPalz super affordable while still covering the costs to run and improve the app. Everyone gets a free 3‑day trial before any billing starts—see Pricing for the latest details.
Why is a credit card required for the trial?
It’s the most reliable way to keep out spammy signups and make sure the people you meet are genuine park fans.
What does my subscription include?
One subscription unlocks all listed venues—no upsells, with more being added over time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It’s two clicks: one to open the Stripe billing page and the second to cancel the subscription.

What safety and privacy controls are available?
Users have the ability to report suspicious or offensive behavior within the app for each profile they encounter whether they matched with them or not.
